Refund And Cancellation Policy
Tradeknology offers a Three (3) Day, satisfaction guarantee on all membership or IBO fees paid to the company. Due to the nature of the online access and CV payouts, all subsequent fees are non-refundable.
When purchasing a membership and/or a subscription with Tradeknology, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, and the Policies & Procedures. Upon the purchase of your membership and the IBO fee (optional), you agree to pay the chosen membership on a monthly subscription, subscription-based billing cycle. You agree and allow Tradeknology to charge your account and credit card on file for your selected products. Prices for our products and services may change at any time. Tradeknology will provide at least a 30-day notice for any price changes. You agree to be responsible for the timely payment of all products selected. You agree to providing Tradeknology with a valid payment method for your membership’s selections. All transactions are final after the 3-day period.
You may view your next billing date for any and all of your Tradeknology subscriptions at any time from your personal Tradeknology Back Office. You are responsible for cancelling your membership in a timely manner prior to your next billing date or at least 5 business days in advance if you are cancelling via written email notice. Previously completed payments are non-refundable unless applicable to our initial 3-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
*Due to the high rate of fraud and restrictions by our merchant processors, Tradeknology is unable to provide refunds to members located on the USCIS High Fraud List.
1. Cancel Online
You can login to your Tradeknology Back Office and cancel your subscription without needing to contact your IBO or contacting the company. Note that you must use method 2 if you are requesting a refund per our refund policy.
2. Cancel by Email
Subscriptions may be cancelled by submitting a written notice at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date. To cancel your account /subscription with Tradeknology, submit a cancellation request via email to [email protected] from the e-mail address on file for your account and include your “username”. If you are requesting a refund per our refund policy, please also include the receipt sent to you via email by Tradeknology of the transaction you are requesting a refund from.
IMPORTANT CANCELLATION DISCLOSURE:
If you elect to receive a refund from Tradeknology, you will not be eligible to re-register or have any purchasing activity with us for at least six (6) months from the date that your refund is initiated. Tradeknology's services revolve around the release of intellectual property and often involve independent contractor commissions, so in effort to protect ourselves we strictly abide by our Refund Policy and do not make exceptions. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the proper legal channel and such individual(s) will be banned from joining Tradeknology in the future.
